Order Processing Because almost all of our products are personalized, please allow at least 10 business days before your order is shipped. Transportation time depends on the shipping method you select. A Rush service fee may apply if you need your frame delivered to you in less than our standard lead time. Shipping Orders are shipped from Sunnyvale, California. We have both UPS Ground and UPS Overnight service available. Our website connects directly with UPS website to provide you real time shipping cost. Sales Tax babymemoryframe.com is owned by Online Image who registered as doing business in the State of California. Orders shipped within the state of California are subject to a sales tax amount. The tax rate is calculated based on the city for the "Ship to" address. There is no sales tax for all orders shipped outside of the State of California. Return Policy We stand behind our products! We will gladly grant a refund, repair or replacement if a product is incorrect because of our error. However since almost all the frames are personalized items, items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
